AHI Refund PolicyAmerican Healthcare Institute maintains an extremely liberal refund policy for our busy professional clients. Seminars: If you are unable to attend a seminar for which you have registered, one of your colleagues may attend in your place or you may apply your full registration fee to a future seminar. When these two options do not meet your needs, you may request a full refund (less a $25.00 processing fee) up to four business days before a seminar is held. A 75% refund is available if requested within the last four business days before the seminar. If you must cancel on or after the date of the seminar, your full registration fee may be applied to a future AHI program. If your seminar is cancelled for any reason (including weather, faculty illness, insufficient registration, etc.), the full amount of your tuition fees may be applied to any future AHI seminar or conference, or you may request a full refund for a period of 12 months following our receipt of your registration. After this time, account credits have no cash value but can be fully applied to AHI products or services. Unconditional guarantee: AHI guarantees all of its seminars. All AHI courses are designed and conducted by professionals who are experts in their specialty areas. You must be satisfied that every AHI program you attend lives up to its stated objectives, or you will receive free attendance at any other comparable AHI program of your choice (space permitting), or a full refund of fees. Conferences: Refunds (less a $65.00 processing fee) are available until 30 days prior to the date conferences are held; no refunds are issued after that date. All cancellations and changes must be communicated in writing to AHI, PO Box 116, Riva, MD 21140; none will be accepted over the phone. Substitutions are always acceptable, with prior notification to AHI. Audio Programs: Audio program quality is guaranteed. If you receive a damaged or unworkable audio program or CD, simply notify AHI and we will replace it immediately at our expense. AHI reserves the right to substitute qualified faculty when necessary. |
