Two Exhibit Opportunities in Summer, 2010

The 26th Annual Summer Conferences for School Nurses, sponsored by the nonprofit national voice of school nurses,  National Association of School Nurses (NASN), and the leading continuing nursing education company, American Healthcare Institute (AHI), will be held in two locations this year:   

July 8 & 9, 2010:
Philadelphia (PA) Loews Hotel

July 15 & 16, 2009: The Houston Intercontinental Hotel, Houston (TX)


You are invited to exhibit at one or both of these 26th anniversary meetings.
  For 25 years, these annual conferences have attracted several hundred interested and active school nurses in a variety of locations as they move around the country.  Exhibitors in attendance have consistently praised the quality of contacts made and the opportunity for exposure and sales. Because of the dense population concentration surrounding this year's meetings, and because this year's topics are especially relevant to the current practice of school nursing, we are making plans for 400-500 school nurses to be in attendance at each one of this year’s meetings.

These school nurse-attendees are nurses actively practicing in the schools or at the district- supervisor level.  There is very little overlap with attendees at the NASN national meeting; these are truly unique audiences!   Exhibiting at these Summer Conferences assures you will reach a targeted audience who both purchase and recommend the products and services used in their practice. School nurses are pivotal links to students, parents, teachers, staff, and the larger community beyond the educational setting. Don’t miss the opportunity to introduce and reinforce your company, product or service in this highly professional and sales-friendly setting.

We encourage you to act as early as possible.  Only a limited number of tabletop exhibit spaces are available at each meeting.  Placement in the food and beverage area assures your continued exposure throughout the meetings.  Send in your contract and full payment to reserve your space as soon as possible.
